We manufacture our products with FRP that is fibre reinforced plastic which are highly cost effective and provide an excellent alternative to steel products. Fibre reinforced plastic are made of polymer which are usually fiberglass, carbon and aramid. The FRPs are widely used in aerospace, automotive, marine, and construction industries. One of the special features of FRP is they are able to survive in the harshest industrial environments. Further, the fibre reinforced plastic is manufactured in two distinct processes, in the first stage the fibrous material is manufactured and formed. The second stage involves the process whereby fibrous materials are bond with the matrix during the molding process.
